Please find below some useful information for your stay at the Bauhof.
Your room is ready from 2 pm on the day of arrival. If you arrive after 6 pm, please let us know your arrival time. Kindly check-out by 10 am.
There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the consumer protection code - nevertheless we grant you the following cancellation conditions:
- You can cancel or rebook your holiday free of charge up to 31 days before arrival
- If you cancel within 30-17 days before arrival, 70% of the total price booked will be charged
- If you cancel within 16-6 days before arrival, 80% of the total price booked will be charged
- In the case of cancellation within 5 days before arrival, late arrival, early departure or non-appearance, cancellation fees of 100% of the booked, unused days will be charged
If you have already made a deposit to confirm the booking, this will be converted into a voucher valid for 1 year. The deposit will not be returned.
Notice according to Part III, Title III, Section I of the Consumer Protection Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005)
To confirm your booking we kindly ask for a down payment (approx. 75-200 EUR per room). The amount will be communicated in the booking confirmation.

To settle your bill we accept cash, debit card, Mastercard and Visa. American Express and Diners Club will not be accepted.
Free WIFI is available to you in the entire hotel area.
Excellent location: Centrally located in the Venosta Valley, close to the train station and village centre. Directly located at the Venosta cycle path. Good starting point for excursions, walks, cycle rides and mountain bike tours.

With our online check-in you can conveniently check in from home and start your vacation as soon as you arrive. You will receive the access details in your booking confirmation.
There are enough free parking spaces (partly covered) at the hotel. We also have an e-car charging station where you are welcome to charge your car for a fee.
Pets may also stay with us. Price on request. Please understand that pets are not allowed in the dining room and sauna area.
The Bauhof is a small but fine traditional hotel with 16 rooms in different categories, sizes and price ranges. All rooms have a balcony with seating. Please understand that it is possible to book room categories but not specific room numbers and floors - subject to availability.
For sure you are looking forward to a carefree holiday. However, before you arrive and during your holiday, undesirable or unforeseen things can happen. In order to save you and us from costs and trouble, we highly recommend the travel cancellation insurance of our partner Europäische Reiseversicherung as a precaution against cancellation, early departure and mountain rescue (incl. helicopter rescue), which you can easily complete here.
The insurance fee is around 5% of the booked travel cost.
